The Assistant Manager & Store Manager ensure that all aspects of running a safe, efficient, productive and profitable store are achieved. These responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the selection and training of all associates, the efficient handling of incoming and outgoing stock and compliance with all company policies and procedures. The Assistant Manager & Store Manager are also responsible for creating a work environment that is conducive to both the personal and professional growth of all associates by incorporating both the Company Philosophy and Core Values into the day-to-day operation of the store.

Job Qualifications:

The successful Store Management associate will be capable of working with little or no direct supervision, be computer literate and have effective email communications, Excel and Word, will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, be analytical, have good decision-making abilities, and be responsible for either performing or following up on all delegated tasks.

One year retail management for Assistant Manager, three years retail management for Store Manager, pre-employment drug screen and background check required.
