The Assistant Manager assists the Manager in ensuring that all aspects of running a safe, efficient, productive and profitable store are achieved. These responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the selection and training of all associates, the efficient handling of incoming and outgoing stock and compliance with all company policies and procedures. The Assistant Manager is also responsible for helping the store manager in creating a work environment that is conducive to both the personal and professional growth of all associates by incorporating both the Company Philosophy and Core Values into the day-to-day operation of the store.
The Assistant Manager will be responsible for all the same duties as the store manager in the store manager's absence.

The successful Assistant Manager will be capable of working with little or no direct supervision, be computer literate and have effective email communications, Excel and Word, will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, be analytical, have good decision-making abilities, and be responsible for either performing or following up on all delegated tasks.
